Project Overview The development of a unique 310 acre island golf and hotel resort to include a luxury 5* bedroom extension to the existing Castle accommodation, a health spa, leisure centre, luxurious golf lodges and a golf school to complement the mature Des Smyth championship 18-hole parkland golf course.
Project Timeline Phase 1 planning granted for: 18-hole championship golf course, a 25 acre golf academy, 120-bed 5 star hotel, 400-500 residential units and an equestrian centre. There is further scope to develop additional residential units on completion of Phase 1.
